We have a fully automated fabrication facility, which compliments our laser templating, to ensure that the accuracy and quality of finished and installed stone exceeds that of all industry standards. Our process of fabrication also enables us to efficiently produce finished stone products in a timely manner, which allows us to keep a minimum waiting period from sale to installation.
Unlike most stone fabrication businesses, the person who assists you when you come to our shop will also be the person who is actually doing the template, work, and installation. OUR QUALITY
Practically Invisible Seams – One of the biggest concerns for homeowners planning for granite countertops is the quality of the seams. DecoGranites’s fabrication technology reduces the seam size to a possible minimum that makes the seam less visible.
Unique Undermount Sink Edging – All our countertops include a unique fabrication solution to beautify the transition between the sink and the stone. Traditional sink cutouts include a 90 degree edge. DecoGranites quality fabrication uses a Half – Round edge to minimize the overhang bulges and bumps which produces an exceptionally beautiful result.
Reinforced Strength – DecoGranites fabrication process includes reinforcement technology including insertion of steel rods when needed in thinner sections of the countertops.
Polished Overhangs – A distinguishing quality feature of the DecoGranites fabrication process is the polished undersurfaces of the countertop overhangs upto a one and half inch (provided the thickness of the slab is adequate) which gives a pleasant feeling when you come in contact with them.
Shaped Corners- DecoGranites CNC technology means that all internal corners are beautifully rounded and shaped to maximize the esthetic appeal.
